
Daniel A. Loewenstern is Senior Counsel at Paris Ackerman. Dan concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial Real Estate Leasing and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, having served as in-house counsel for over 20 years on both the Landlord and Tenant’s side. Dan draws on his wealth of experience to advise clients throughout the leasing process to get leases signed and operational disputes resolved on favorable terms and in a timely manner.
Prior to joining the firm, Dan was Leasing Counsel for Simon Property Group, the largest retail landlord in North America, where he was the Home Office Employee of the Month for May 2014. Dan previously served as in-house counsel with Rite Aid Corporation and Kravco Company.
Dan graduated magna cum laude from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, and earned his J.D. degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School. Dan is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
