In our last article for Modern Restaurant Management (MRM) Magazine, we discussed some of the critical lease provisions contained in a franchisee’s lease which, if not identified and properly negotiated, could have a material impact on the viability of a business. Michelle joined Paris Ackerman in July 2018 and heads our firm’s Massachusetts office.  Michelle focuses on multi-unit franchise transfers, commercial leasing, commercial real estate transactions and financing.  Michelle maintains an impressive roster of clients that is comprised of some of the largest and most well regarded franchisees and business people in their respective industries.
